Terms of Use

Submitting any original art work or photographic print to Artisan Giclee for imaging, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company or agents, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company, subsidiary, or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of supplies and material used to create original art work. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the original art work or photographic print is without other warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

Artisan Giclee is not liable for any original art work or photographic print lost in the mail by the US Post Office or other shipping/delivery service while in transit to our studio or to the proprietor of the art work.

At any time you can contact us to check for the status of your order. Some holidays and special periods it may take a little longer to ship your reproductions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before you send your original art.

We request personal information when you place an order, request a service, and correspond with us or engage in certain other activities on our Web site. For example, if you submit an order on-line with us, we will ask you for information necessary to complete the transaction - such as your name, address, and credit card number.
